How Can We Better Serve You?

reThink ELA Reader Satisfaction SurveyIt’s been a week since I told you about the new name we’re sporting over here, and I wanted to touch base with you again to find out how we can better serve you. I know what products I need, questions I have, and challenges I face, but we need to be able to meet your needs, too.

So I have created a survey in Google forms to help us get to know you better. It may look like a long form, but there is only one question on most of the pages. Please answer to the best of your ability — the survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes, depending on how indepth you make your answers.
